Hotel reservations for the Annual Meeting ADB 2025 in Milan – check the availability now
The host country, in coordination with the Annual Meeting Secretariat, has identified suitable hotels within the Milan area that offer negotiated rates for participants. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants are expected to adhere to the reservation policies of the respective hotels and are responsible for paying for all expenses including room rate, value added tax and local taxes, tourist city tax, and incidental charges upon check-out.
As the dates of the Annual Meeting fall within a holiday period, demand is expected to be high. Therefore, the Host Country recommends that accommodations are booked as soon as possible.

Please note that the listed partner hotels are close to the airport shuttle service stops and easily connected to the meeting venue by public transportation. Also, in such hotels, hotel reception staff will be briefed about the Annual Meeting event.
