Mind - Milano Innovation District, visit on the 7th of May
The Host Country Coordination Unit offers a selection of tours and experiences tailored specifically for ADB Annual Meeting registered participants. On the 7th of May, from 12:00 to 13:00, participants can join the visit to MIND – Milano Innovation District, to connect with a thriving ecosystem based on cross-industry collaborations among a diversity of local, national and international stakeholders, explore cutting-edge innovations in urban regeneration, and learn about social impact initiatives designed and implemented within this dynamic location. MIND is an innovation district covering approximately 1 million square meters, located on the site of the former Expo 2015. At the heart of this project is a public-private partnership between the public entity Arexpo – a publicly owned company whose shareholders include the Ministry of Economy, the Lombardy Region, the Municipality and Metropolitan City of Milan, the Municipality of Rho, and the trade fair body – and the private entity Lendlease, an Australian developer with $100 billion in urban regeneration projects across four continents.
