The Potential of the Italian Industry for Development Projects in the ASEAN Countries
On May 6th, as part of the ADB Annual Meeting 2025, The Potential of the Italian Industry for Development Projects in the ASEAN Countries was held, a workshop in which the potential matching between the Italian industry and the ASEAN partners' development needs was explored.
The ADB Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors represented a great opportunity for the Italian private sector: it helped explore ways to collaborate on development projects to be realised in Asian countries. It also represented a context prone to establishing connections with domestic governments and companies and showing our industry's great potential, particularly in the sustainable infrastructure, clean energy and water sectors. The potential matching between the Italian industry and the ASEAN partners' needs was explored during the event.
