On May 7, the seminar Unlocking the Power of Sustainability Disclosure was held as part of the ADB Annual Meeting 2025.
The session examined the impact and challenges of implementing sustainability disclosure in developing member countries. It explored emerging trends in disclosure standards, their linkages to market competitiveness, and investors' decision-making on sustainable investments. Bringing together perspectives from standard setters, regulators, investors, and companies, the session highlighted the potential of sustainability disclosure in achieving the development goals of Asia and the Pacific.
