Get your Invitation and Registration
The 58th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of ADB will be held from 4 to 7 May 2025 in Milan, Italy. Participation is by invitation only.
Invited participants include members of ADB Board of Governors, ADB government member delegations, observers invited by the Chair of the ADB Board of Governors, civil society organizations, members of the media, financial institutions and banks, private corporations, consulting firms and individuals, former ADB employees, members of ADB Board of Directors, Management and staff, and other organizations and individuals who have established a business relationship with ADB.
Application for Invitation
If you have established a business relationship with ADB and wish to attend the Annual Meeting, please apply for an invitation by completing an online application form. When completing the form, indicate the type of organization being represented by the applicant. Please see below the types of organization that may be invited.
Applying does not guarantee an invitation. If your application is approved, ADB will email you a personalized invitation bearing the link to the online registration page. A declined application will be notified via email. The deadline for applying is 15 April 2025.
- Accredited civil society organizations (CSOs) are listed here. If your CSO is not on the list and would like to be accredited, please submit an online application form. If your CSO is accredited and has yet to receive an invite, you may request an invitation by sending an email to civilsociety@adb.org.
- Interested media representatives who will cover the event for their outlets must email ammedia@adb.org to apply for an invitation. Freelancers are also welcome but must indicate where their articles will be submitted. Media representatives include journalists, photographers, camera persons, and media technical crews. For any media concerns please email ammedia@adb.org.
- Accredited financial institutions and banks that actively conduct business with ADB may be invited to the annual meeting. See the list of accredited financial institutions here. If your institution is not on the list and would like to be accredited, please submit an >online application form. If your organization is on the list but has yet to receive an invite, you may request an invitation by sending an email to amguests@adb.org.
- Private corporations, privately-held companies, limited companies, and limited liability companies that conduct business with ADB may apply for an invitation. Please submit an online application form.
- If you are from a consulting firm or an individual consultant with an existing contract with ADB, or have been shortlisted in the last 2 years, you may apply for an invitation.
- Italian-based companies or institutions, including embassies, private corporations, and academic institutions. The host country will review the >online application form submitted for this organization type.
- If you do not belong to any of the organization types listed above but conduct business with ADB, please submit an online application form (other guests).
Information on Registration
Invited participants should register online as soon as they receive their personalized invitation. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of an email with a confirmation number. Online registration must be completed and confirmed to receive an Annual Meeting badge, which is required to enter the meeting venue.
There is no fee to register for the Annual Meeting. Participants bear all other costs related to their participation.
