Tours and Experiences

The Host Country Coordination Unit is pleased to offer a curated selection of tours and experiences tailored specifically for ADB Annual Meeting registered participants.

Below are the available tours and itineraries:

  1. Tours Program outside Milan: Rome, Venice, Florence, Lake Como and Lake Maggiore (before and after the ADB Annual Meeting 2025). 
  2. Tours Program in Milan (during the Annual Meeting 2025). 
  3. Free Italian Experiences - 4 to 6 May.

Booking Conditions


Before booking your activities, please read the General Tour Booking Conditions carefully:

  • Tours can be booked online on the platform by guests of the ADB Annual Meeting 2025 only.
  • Tour reservations will be available from the day after the registration to the Annual Meeting (registration confirmation number will be asked in the booking form).
  • All tours must be paid by credit card by the individual guest: please provide all information requested in the booking form.
  • All tour offers are based on a minimum and maximum number of guests per group..
  • If fewer than the given minimum number of guests apply for a tour, the entire tour will be cancelled. If more guests apply, another group will be opened, provided enough guests for a second group apply.
  • The tours will be conducted in English.
  • Tours will not operate on the morning of May 5th.
  • Payment for the tours will only be charged after the given booking deadline.
  • In case the tour does not proceed due to insufficient participants, nothing will be charged. Once a tour is booked and confirmed by Gattinoni, the agreed-upon fee will be charged to the provided credit card. In case of no-show or late cancellation, a refund is not possible.
  • Due to the peak holiday season, availability is limited. Please reserve your tour as soon as possible to avail of the package offers proposed.

The tours are organized in cooperation with the travel agency Gattinoni. During the Annual Meeting 2025, there will be a Gattinoni information desk at the Allianz MiCo – Milano Convention Centre.
